Now that you have been volunteering all this time at the library, (Hope Project H16-- Bookworm) see if you can get a seat on the book selection committee. Sometimes libraries even advertise in the paper for "board member wanted". Serving in these positions is a wonderful way to help see that our libraries' bookshelves are filled with truly worthy, uplifting, and educational books.
